"Three words: Structure. Confidence. Results. I must have been the world's worst presenter but now I'm really confident about what I am delivering. I use very few words on any slides I create and I'm actually enjoying meetings so much more now. The change has been noticed by a number of colleagues; my manager has asked me to present at an up and coming customer forum. I know just how to handle those nerves now, thanks to Presenting You."

Brian is a BT Operations Manager who has inherited an increased number of responsibilities due to the gradual delayering of management within the organisation.
One of Brian's principle duties has become presenting his operations results against key performance indicators at face-to-face meetings across the North West. Brian's own words at the start of his course were:
"Other than presenting I am pretty good at my job. [...] Invariably I don't sleep the night before a meeting at which I am to present. At the meeting I find it difficult to concentrate on anything that is being discussed before my slot on the agenda. When it is time for me to present I sweat profusely, get breathless and get a dry mouth. It always happens.
Afterwards I usually feel that I didn't get my point across very well and that others in the meeting feel that I am some kind of imposter who doesn't know his job. That's why I am on the course."
Just six weeks after Brian attended the 1 day 'Presenting You' training course he had presented at a further four face-to-face meetings. Here is Brian's own conclusions, summary and evidence about his progress: -
